Kathy was an ice-cream vendor. I met her when I was on vacation with a friend of mine many years ago. I remember playing in her shop and getting ice cream for free. She was a really nice person and so I came to the idea to write a love song for her and we would play it in the shop the day before we left. You can´t imagine how much ice-cream we had to eat on that particular day!
